Hana Baby Organic Wrap
As a first-time mum, I was so excited to test out the Hana Baby Organic Wrap, particularly because of how close it allows mum and baby to be. I do have a bigger baby, so I was a little apprehensive as I wasn’t too sure how he would get on with it. However, I absolutely wish I had discovered it sooner! It comes in an array of gorgeous colours with clear instructions that make it very easy to put on. Jude was super comfy in it and instantly settled off to sleep. My back felt really supported, despite his size. I very much have a Velcro baby, and the wrap allows me to get on with my day while he sleeps. The company’s customer service is exceptional. If you are not sure how to put the wrap on or have questions, the team is very responsive. I would have bought this as soon as I had my baby if I had known about it and I will be looking to see if the company does a carrier once Jude has outgrown it. HS

These are a fantastic resource for new parents, especially during those very early days when you aren’t quite sure what to do in the small windows when your little one is awake. They are beautifully designed and packed with thoughtful activities to encourage bonding with your baby, including massage, play and movement. Each card includes an explanation of the benefits – whether it’s promoting sleep, easing colic, or building a deeper connection. I’ve found the practical tips on the cards so helpful, and the rhymes included are a lovely addition too. They make it easy to bring music and fun into playtime, even for someone like me who didn’t know many baby songs before. The cards would make a thoughtful gift for any new parent. RS

This baby balm is so versatile. We’ve used it on my 1-year-old’s face to stave off winter dryness when he rides on the back of my husband’s bike to nursery. It's effective while also being gentle. Made from plant-based ingredients, this lovely balm offers a completely natural way to soothe and nourish your baby’s sensitive skin with no harmful chemicals. Ingredients come from sustainable, ethical and responsible suppliers and the handy tin is made from infinitely recyclable aluminium. It’s the perfect size for popping in your bag. This is a great all-in-one balm, ideal for the whole family, and can be used for eczema, dry hands, chapped skin, and after sun. I’ve also used it as a lip balm. RKJ

Hippychick Hipseat
There is a point in the day, usually around 4.30pm, when my 1-year-old, who has been happily playing, decides he can’t possibly be without physical contact from me. I pick him up and try to make his tea at the same time. The Hippychick Hipseat provides excellent support when he just wants to be held, while allowing me some freedom. It is comfortable to wear and perfect for a toddler who wants to be up one minute and down the next, and it has eased the strain on my back. My husband has previously attributed my stamina for carrying our son to my wider hips, so this has helped him too where he is lacking in the hip department! RKJ

This journal is thoughtfully laid out with different sections to help you explore how you’re feeling about various areas of your life. Reflection helps you look at how your life is now; visualisation helps you picture how you’d like life to look in the future; and setting intentions helps you map out your goals and how you can achieve them. Finally, there’s space for 90 days of daily notes to reflect on how you feel and your progress. There are boxes to fill in for each question, which makes it less overwhelming than a blank page. I thought I’d struggle with the Winning as a Mummy section at the end of each week, but when I started thinking about it, I found lots of little wins – and it felt good to celebrate them. SM

Eco Nappies
We opt for a combo approach of cloth and disposable nappies for our little one and when it comes to the latter, I recently tried Mama Bamboo. The materials used are natural, which is something I prioritise because that helps to prevent rashes and irritation. I love how soft the nappies feel while also being robust. They have helpful features such as an elasticated panel to minimise leaks, wetness indicator strips, super absorbency and a wide fastening section on the front that accommodates the tabs securely. With B Corp Certification, it’s easy to trust Mama Bamboo’s social, ethical and environmental credentials. TF

The Organic Allergen Weaning Test Kit
As a nutritionist, sensory and food scientist and weaning expert, I know that one of the biggest challenges for parents is figuring out how to introduce allergens to their babies safely and confidently. This kit from Baby, Are You Nuts? is designed within NHS guidelines and removes much of the guesswork around safely introducing nuts and seeds. Each allergen powder is precisely measured into single-serving sticks. The powders mix into yoghurts, fruit and vegetable purées, or other familiar foods, helping to slow the rate of absorption – a vital step in training your baby’s immune system to recognise these allergens as harmless. By following the kit’s step-by-step schedule, parents can systematically build their baby’s tolerance while easily monitoring potential reactions. ZD
This beautiful Oscha ring sling is gorgeous. The unique hand-drawn design is inspired by the formidable mountain range that cuts across Middle-earth in The Lord of the Rings. A fade of blues moves from deep midnight tones, through lighter hues, to a pale, icy-blue mist. Made from organic cotton and EcoCotton, the sling offers a lovely balance of softness, cush and strength. EcoCotton is recycled from pre-consumer and post-consumer cotton scraps that are blended and spun together to create a recycled yarn. The elegant ring sling is quick, easy and comfortable to use, and is also great for all ages. RKJ

Go With The Flow Lactation Hot Chocolate
I made a cup of this delicious hot chocolate with oat milk, as suggested on the packet, and it thickened to a gorgeously rich and creamy consistency. It felt like I was drinking a really wholesome and restorative hot drink. The practice of increasing and preserving warmth in the postpartum body is part of the tapestry of traditional, often ceremonial, care for new mums, and this cacao mixture provides a delicious way to tap into this. I didn’t know about the nutritional benefits of brewer’s yeast before. It is a powerful agent in providing nourishment during postpartum recovery and beyond. This hot chocolate is super convenient to make, which gives you more time to quietly indulge in the comfort it provides. TF

There’s no question that baby wipes are useful when you’re out and about. Mama Bamboo wipes are made from bamboo viscose and are soft and strong. They are a decent size and are easy to pull out of the packet, which might seem like a small detail, but there’s nothing more annoying than when they don’t come out easily! The material is naturally antibacterial, and the wipes contain soothing aloe vera and coconut extract. They are designed to compost in just three months in a home compost or food waste bin. There are 60 wipes per pack, and you can buy bundles of up to 24 packs to save money if you want to stock up! SM
