Refund policy

Returns, refunds & replacements

 

For single issues you are not entitled to a refund.

 

If you are not satisfied with any product you may return the item for a full refund or replacement. You must return the goods in their original sale condition to JUNO Publishing Ltd at Elms Farm, Upper Tockington Road, Tockington, Bristol, BS32 4LQ.

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods that you intend to return them. You must return the goods within 28 days of receipt. Where the item is shown to be defective we will either refund or replace the item and compensate any postage costs.
