About JUNO
JUNO magazine was founded in 2003 by Patricia Patterson-Vanegas and Emma Jennings. In 2010 it was taken on by Saffia Farr who remained its editor until 2026. In 2026 the decision was made to cease printing new issues and the focus turned to promoting the huge back catalogue of issues which still have huge value and support.
JUNO magazines are beautiful, as well as being supportive and informative. The ethos is to promote a natural approach to family life, to inspire and support parents as they journey through the challenges of parenting. Many of the features are written by families, so this gives a real-life perspective to information shared, which many find hugely helpful.
Across the issues there are regular columns on birth, home-education, natural health and nutrition as well as recipes, book reviews and a wide range of features bringing many voices to readers. Beautiful images and illustrations inspire and lift the soul.
The final issue published was issue 100. This was not intentional, as circumstances changed during production of issue 101, but at JUNO, we believe in letting life ebb and flow and it felt right to make issue 100 our last in print.
Our focus has now turned to promoting our incredible back catalogue which is full of helpful information, support and beautiful artwork. You can browse our shop here.
